Primo Ticketing

As the season comes to a close, it’s hard not to look back at everything that went into it.

The early mornings, long weekends, packed venues, and the constant movement that comes with running cheer and dance events. Every weekend looks a little different, but the energy is always the same. Teams showing up ready to perform, parents coordinating schedules, and organizers making sure everything runs the way it should.

This season took us across the country, working alongside organizers who are shaping the cheer and dance industry. From major events like The One Cheer & Dance Finals and East Coast Championships and Cheer & Dance Extreme, every weekend brought something different.

At the same time, we partnered with organizations like Coast 2 Coast, Freedom Spirit, and Royal Events Group, supporting events of all sizes and styles throughout the season. Each one with its own pace, its own challenges, and its own way of running.

Being part of these events means seeing firsthand what it actually takes to make them happen. It’s not just what you see on the floor. It’s everything behind the scenes. Check-in lines, last-minute changes, ticket questions, and the constant need to keep things moving without slowing the event down.

That’s where the details start to matter.

Because when you’re there weekend after weekend, you start to understand how these events really work. What creates friction, what causes delays, and what actually makes things easier for both organizers and attendees.

That’s what has shaped us here at Primo.

Not from assumptions, but from being in it. From seeing how session-based ticketing plays out in real time, how multi-day events need to be structured, and how important it is to have support available when something comes up during a live event.

At the end of the day, this season wasn’t just about the events themselves. It was about the people behind them. The athletes putting in the work, the organizers managing every detail, and the families who show up every weekend to support it all.

We’re proud to be part of that.

And as one season wraps up, we’re already looking ahead to the next one. Hope to see you in the next one!
