 We are here to help!  There are two ways tickets are sent out. One way is by email.  We recommend you check your spam folder.  The other way is a text to your mobile phone.  If you still can’t find your ticket email us at info@primoticketing.com

No worries! We can easily look up your ticket in our system.  Email us at info@yourprimoticketing.com

Sure can! Individual tickets are designated by QR codes.  Your name is listed as purchaser.
